It’s sometimes difficult for a business owner, who can see steady sales, to feel confident in changing something that in their eyes isn’t broken. Yet with Scribble & Dot founder Ben, the battle with his entrepreneurial instinct was readily focused on building a brand that would propel sales and awareness further. From his success since launch, he could see a plateau and was worried that the brand wasn’t strong enough to enable continuing growth or represent the high-quality products he created within the competitive stationery world.
