What happens after I send you an enquiry?
I'll be sending you a link to arrange a complimentary 1:1 discovery call. During our conversation, we can get to know each other better, assess if I can assist you with what you're looking for, and address any questions you may have. From there we can determine next steps on your changemaking journey.
How do you cost projects?
After our discovery call and we are aligned with a project, I will prepare a personalised proposal that outlines the scope, deliverables and timeframe. Investments are calculated on the value of creative delivery, strategy and consultancy level. Including the length of time I would be working with you. A project may be stand alone as a one off exercise, such as a workshop or event, or a product launch for example. Or I could be asked to work with you as a consultant for a contracted period to support a larger project requirement and this could be on a retainer basis. Standalone consultancy fees range anywhere between £500 - £1,200 on a day rate. As each client’s needs are so varied there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, which is why our discovery call is an important first step in the process.
Do you offer any payment plans?
Depending on how we work together, different payment structures apply. Online consultancy sessions and hiring me for event talks are paid for as one-off payments in advance of the booking. If I am brought in to work with you or your company for a contracted period of time this could be on a retainer agreement with a set monthly fee, or salaried. Individual projects or services would be quoted on a per-project basis, requiring a deposit payment upfront with either a split payment plan or the balance due on completion. We can discuss which is right for you at our discovery meeting.
How do you support with the creative asset delivery?
I run a full-service, collaborative studio called Brand Biscuit, created specifically to support like-minded independent creative experts in their fields. We offer a wide range of in-house skills, including Graphic Design, Marketing, Illustration, Animation, Photography, Videography, Digital Design, and Website Development. If your project requires creative asset delivery, I offer a comprehensive concept-to-completion service through the agency. As the Creative Director, I ensure that your brand's DNA and story are seamlessly woven through each delivery.
